Ed has been a personal trainer since 2016. He works with individuals interested in improving their lifestyles by increasing their mobility and athleticism through pain-free methods. He is passionate about fitness and learning new strategies to continually educate clients about their body’s capabilities. Ed consistently takes continuing education courses to stay informed and provide the best knowledge to others. He strives to share his ability to make his clients self-sufficient and practice safe techniques while training. Ed loves to read literature, from fantasy to sci-fi. He also enjoys playing video games, such as play Table Top RPG like Dungeons and Dragons and Chronicles of Darkness. His favorite food is cheesecake!
