Where is your Oakland personal training studio located?
We’re at 985 3rd St, Oakland, CA 94607, in West Oakland, a few blocks from Jack London Square. It’s a private training studio, not a big-box gym, so every session is coached.
Do you train clients outside of Oakland?
Yes. Clients come to us from Emeryville, Alameda, Piedmont, Berkeley and across the East Bay. If you can get to our 3rd Street studio, we can coach you.
What makes Impact Fitness different from other Oakland gyms?

How much does personal training in Oakland cost?
Your first 50-minute session is free. From there, 30-minute 1-on-1 training starts at $125/week (two sessions), and Small Group Fitness starts with a $49 two-week unlimited trial ($224/month after, or $32.50 drop-in). Many clients save an average of 30% by paying with HSA/FSA funds.
