What To Expect With Our Small Group Fitness System!
Discover the difference with our small group fitness classes. With a maximum of 12 participants per session, we carefully pair you with 2–3 individuals who share similar heights and fitness levels, ensuring a tailored experience that’s just right for you.
Our Approach: Functional Strength Training
We focus on challenging every muscle group three times a week to boost muscle growth, maintain lean tissue, and support overall health. Our classes are designed to help you get stronger and move better, guiding you through heart rate zones ranging from Zone 2 to Zone 4. You will not be doing random workouts each day. Your program will consist of Progressive Overload and Evidence-Based Practice.
Class Structure:
- 10% Mobility & Stability: A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body.
- 80% Strength Training and Power: Dive into focused exercises such as:
- Hip Thrusts
- Deadlifts
- Rows
- Squats
- Bench Press
- Single-Leg Work (e.g., Lunges, Split Squats)
- And many more
- 10% Core & Cardio: Round off the session with exercises that strengthen your core and boost cardiovascular fitness.
