Train with your partner
Private two-person sessions with a real coach. You get the same tailored programming and nutrition coaching as one-on-one training, plus a friend, spouse, or family member beside you to keep both of you showing up.
What partner training is, and who it’s for
Partner training is a private session built for two people who want to train together and hold each other to it.
It works the same way our personal training does: your coach writes programming around your goals and coaches every rep. The difference is you share the session with a partner or friend, so the motivation and support are built in.
It’s a fit for couples, spouses, roommates, siblings, and friends who want a plan, a coach, and someone to show up with. You don’t need to be at the same fitness level — each person gets exercises and loads scaled to where they are.
Sessions cover functional strength training, metabolic conditioning, high-intensity cardio, and the nutrition coaching that makes the training stick.
Why people train with a partner
The coaching of a private session, with a built-in reason to keep every appointment.
Shared accountability
When someone is counting on you to be there, you go. Two people booked into the same session means far fewer missed workouts.
Private two-person sessions
Just you, your partner, and your coach. Real attention on form and effort, without the crowd of a group class.
Tailored to both of you
Different goals or starting points are no problem. Your coach scales exercises and loads so each of you is working at the right level.
Coaching that costs less per person
Splitting a private session makes expert coaching more affordable while you both still get hands-on programming and cueing.
Nutrition built in
Training is half of it. You both get practical nutrition strategies so the work in the gym shows up in real results.
Flexible make-up classes
If you or your partner miss a session, you can make it up by dropping into our semi-private sessions or group classes.
How it works
