Wedding fitness prep, built around your actual date
Tell us your wedding date and we’ll build the training and nutrition plan backward from it — for the bride, the groom, or the whole wedding party. Real coaching, not a crash diet.
Training for your wedding day — and the life after it
Wedding planning already eats your calendar. We don’t add stress to it — we take the guesswork out of the workouts and give you a plan that fits between fittings, tastings, and everything else on the list.
Whatever “ready” means for you — more energy for the day, feeling strong in photos, standing taller at the altar, or just having one part of the planning that actually feels good — we build the program around your timeline, your body, and your actual goal. No extreme diets, no last-minute water cuts. Just consistent strength and coaching that holds up in real life.

- Nutrition guidance that supports the plan without extreme restriction
- A final two-week polish so you peak on the right day, not two weeks early
What wedding prep training looks like here
Four things every wedding fitness plan at Impact Fitness Oakland is built around.
Strength & visible tone
Structured resistance training that builds the strength and shape you’ll see in photos — arms, back, and posture that hold up through a full day of standing, hugging, and dancing.
Posture & presence
Small adjustments to how you stand and move that show up in every photo — walking down the aisle, first dance, the whole day.
Stress relief, built in
Wedding planning is a lot. Coached training sessions are one part of the week that’s just yours — structured, predictable, and a genuine break from the to-do list.
Energy for the actual day
We program so you’re strong and rested for the wedding itself, not depleted from a crash push the week before.
Pick the timeline that fits your date
Every track is customized in your free assessment — this is the starting shape, not a fixed package.
The Full Build
Time to build real strength and change your baseline conditioning, with room to adjust the plan as the date gets closer. →The Focused Track
Enough runway for meaningful strength and conditioning gains with a program that stays consistent even with a packed planning calendar. →The Final Polish
A short, focused block on posture, energy, and how you feel in your dress or suit — realistic goals for a short runway, no crash dieting. →Train solo, as a couple, or with your whole crew
Wedding prep works in whatever format fits your people and your budget.

What clients say
We haven’t run a dedicated wedding-prep program long enough to have wedding-specific reviews yet — so instead of manufacturing quotes, here’s what real Oakland clients say about training with our coaches. Read every verified review on our testimonials page.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we start? +
Whenever you’re ready to start is the right time. Six months out gives us room to build real strength; three months is enough for a focused, meaningful change; even six weeks out, we can build a realistic plan around posture, energy, and how you feel — we’ll just set expectations honestly in your first session.
Can my whole wedding party train together? +
Yes. Bridesmaids, groomsmen, or a mixed group can train together in our capped small-group classes, or we can set up a private group session just for your crew.
I’ve never really worked out before — is this still for me? +
Yes. Most people who start a wedding prep program with us are beginners or coming back after a long break. We start with a real assessment and coach every rep — no gym experience required.
Do you work with grooms and groomsmen too? +
Definitely. This isn’t just a bridal program — we coach grooms, groomsmen, and mixed wedding parties with the same assessment-first approach.
Do you help with nutrition, not just workouts? +
Yes — we build practical nutrition guidance into your plan through our nutrition coaching. No extreme diets or last-minute water cuts.
My wedding is in a few weeks — is it too late to start? +
It’s not too late, but it does change what we aim for. In a short window we focus on posture, energy, and how you feel rather than promising dramatic physique change — come in for a free assessment and we’ll be straight with you about what’s realistic.
